Q: What date is the show on and what are the opening hours?

Wednesday 10th September 2025 | 09:00 - 18:00 The event is drop-in style, so please attend at a time that suits you.
Q: How do I know if I am accepted to attend the show?
A:
If you registered and met all the entry requirements, you will receive a confirmation email stating your registration has been successful. If you did not meet the criteria, you will receive an email informing you that your registration has been denied.
Q: What are the influencer entry requirements?
A:
This year, we've raised the bar. Influencers must have 20,000+ followers on a single platform (not a combined total across platforms) to be eligible to attend.
Q: I am an influencer with under 20k followers, can I attend?
A:
Unfortunately, no. Influencers must have 20,000+ followers on one platform (not combined). We are unable to make exceptions.
Q: What if I missed the registration deadline of 16:00 on 9th September?
A:
Don't worry! If you have 20,000+ followers on one platform or are a verified member of the press (with ID or press pass), you can register onsite on the day of the event. If you do not meet these criteria, you will not be granted entry.
Q: What if I can no longer attend?
A:
If you're unable to attend, don't worry - the brands and retailers will upload their top showcased products to our media image library: PressFix. Please note: You will not receive show benefits unless you attend in person.
Q: Can I bring a plus one?
A:
Yes. Once your registration is confirmed, you'll receive a link to register a guest. Please note: plus ones will receive a visitor pass and will not be eligible for gifting, which is reserved for press and influencers.
Q: Can I bring my child?
A:
We're sorry, but due to health and safety regulations, children aren't permitted at the event, as it's a busy, business-focused environment. We recommend arranging childcare where possible. However, we completely understand the needs of breastfeeding parents and will do our best to accommodate you. Please just reach out to us ahead of time. For safety reasons, please also note that prams can't be brought onto the trade floor due to the venue layout.
Q: How do I get to the Business Design Centre?
A:
Public transport is the fastest option. Plan your journey using Citymapper with postcode N1 OQH.
Q: Do you cover train travel to the event?
A:
We do not cover train travel. Please travel to your nearest London mainline station, from which the venue is easily accessible via public transport or a subsidised Uber fare.
Q: How do I receive the Uber credit?
A:
We'll send activation instructions closer to the event. The Uber credit is valid only for journeys to/from the show.
Q: I've emailed or messaged on Instagram but haven't received a reply?
A:
Due to the volume of messages, we're unable to respond to individual enquiries. These FAQs should answer your questions, and all further info will be shared in the lead-up to the event.
